Entering into the world of all things big boy with daddy by his side teaching him the way.

My sweet Mother-in-law (yes, I said sweet) bought the whole family A Day Out with Thomas tickets. I love my MIL by the way. She is great, honestly. I didn't give her enough credit right after I had Wyatt, but I was the on edge 1st time mom too. I couldn't ask for a better MIL. Just so you all know.

Here are the boys being little turds! Wyatt is really into silly poses these days. Waylon wouldn't let me take his picture after awhile and would pose and then quickly hide his face. I got him on this one. Love how he is holding his daddy's hand too.
Now onto 10 more things you supposedly don't know about me. HMMMM???? Since I have started this blog trying to come up with something you all don't know is a hard task to accomplish for all of you loyal readers. You should know everything by now (wink.wink)! Ah, sorry, I totally don't spill it all here. There are some things I have tucked away. But, is there anything I can unveil for you, I don't know? Oh, for goodness sakes get on with it! Ahem!!
That's right 7 years of wedded bliss. You know that is what it has been, right! That's a total of 14 years together. How old am I, oh yeah, 30! I don't see him going anywhere anytime soon if I have anything to do with it.
I've mentioned how I couldn't get through the Happy Birthday song last year without getting choked up. This year I felt the lump forming, but had a great distraction. Turns out Dale and I forgot to buy a candle for his cake. I can't believe we did that. All I had was a 0, 1, 2, 3 and some random football candle and that was it. I quickly grabbed the 3 and the 1 and made a plus sign out of some toothpicks. He's got to learn math sometime, right?! It was pretty funny regardless.
Here he is waiting for his motorcycle cake. We didn't do a theme this year. He isn't stuck on one specific thing. This kid likes everything and when we asked what kind of birthday he wanted he rattled off about a hundred different things. So we went with the motorcycle cake.
Blowing out the candles and making his wish. He could care less that there wasn't a 4 on there. I quickly grabbed him after blowing out his candles and told him how proud I was of him and how much I loved him.
The party was a complete boy fest! We need to add some girls to the family! Eight boys total. They all had a blast!
