I’m a 30 something mom of 3 boys. I married my high school sweetheart after 7 years of dating and we are still happily married. I choose to write this blog to help me process my feelings. Some days you get the bottom of my heart, other times you get off the top of my head. I blog about everything from what life is like in a house full of boys, to how much I love my friends, to the grief of a miscarriage and the passing of my father-in-law. There will be many more things that come up in my life that you will find here. Recently running has made its reappearance in my life and something that I push through to make sure I'm healthy and being the best me in my adventure of living my best life.
Sometimes I like to be funny, other times I like to stretch my writing ability, sometimes I just like to tell you what I’m feeling and not care about what everyone else thinks. I try to love the small moments as my boys grow no matter how stressful they are. This blog helps me keep things in perspective.
I’m open. I’m honest. I’m a Christian.
I work full time, I cook dinner usually five nights a week and no, not just frozen stuff. My husband is a teacher and a coach. He’s good at what he does, but he has dreams of being a truck driver and already has the mouth of one. You will surely hear about that here.
Everyone has a story, a past that they have lived. Sometimes it is good, sometimes bad. All of it got me to where I am today, in a happy, content place with myself and my family.
When I’m not here you can find me on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Google +, in my livingroom, sleeping, cleaning, or in the bleepin kitchen.
I’d love for you to follow along and leave me your thoughts as we go.
