Wordful Wednesday - I needed the memory!

Today has been off to a crappy start, folks!  I had to dump 13 ounces of breast milk because I forgot about it and left it out all night.  We got a new install at work.  Mine crashed.  My PC crashed.  Like wouldn't even turn on, crashed.  I had 3 other options to use, all crap.  None of it worked.  Got a new PC.  The install isn't on it.  Still dealing with it so I've lost a whole morning of work in a very critical time!!!

So, I am adding pictures of a day that didn't suck so bad because I need the smiles!  These were taken on Mother's day in the heat of the afternoon.  I love them to pieces.  Just look at those faces!  I haven't done a Mother's Day post.  It was fab, folks!  The boys were good to me.  We spent the morning to ourselves while Dale built a flower garden for his momma.  We went to Wal-Mart where they were darling and then headed to my mom and dad's.  The weather was perfection.  Grilled out, ate on the deck, went out on the paddle boat with the hubs, and soaked up the love.  You can see below what they thought of all that.  When they are beyond happy, I am beyond happy!

I'm linking up to Lish over at Project Alicia and with Kristi.  Check her out and the others!

  1. So sorry hun. Would it make you feel better if I told you I had a week like that? Or that my mother's day was less than stellar? Not sure why we have to go through so many obstacles all at once, but looking at pics of the good memories always seems to improve my mood. Good luck... hang in over there mama!

  3. That stinks about leaving out the pumped milk...been there, done that! Glad these pics make you smile - they make me smile too. I'm in Michigan, so I'm dying to get the sprinkler out! :)

  4. I have been there done that with the breast milk. It is heartbreaking to have gone to the trouble of expressing it for nothing. Great photos of your kids though. I'm glad they put a smile back on your face.
