I spent my childhood traveling these hills up and down 65. They have changed so much. It used to be a much longer drive with a lot more rocky bluffs and cheesy billboards and a lot less highway. You knew how close you were getting to Branson even when you were too young to realize time and distance just by seeing the increasing number of billboards. I love going back this way and I plan to make this trip an annual event for my kids as well.
You know how hard it is to pick your favorite vacation pictures? I'll try to keep the words to a minimum.

Driving home again
I noticed that Dad and Waylon and Weston were the only ones not to take the plunge down the slide - Next year, boys!
There were tears, and whining, and laughing, and attitudes, and food, and hugs, and angry words, and loving words, and smiles, and love. All the things that make a family a family to the core.
Thanks, Mom and Dad for the awesome time and making it happen for all of us!
